Marzia was my first teacher when I started learning Italian and she really made me feel comfortable. I had several classes with Marzia and I am very happy with the way my Italian is progressing. I really struggled with certain parts of Italian grammar (such as subjunctive), but Marzia was very patient and helped me take it in, she provided lots of exercises and examples until I became confident.
