I'm a professional corporate trainer, teaches Business communication & Etiquette towards corporate Learning. Managed the Learning needs of employees of the IT department. This included training need analysis, co-ordination and implementation of training programs, training effectiveness, conducting monthly training
Reviews with the project managers and the core Learning team.
Effectively coached and mentored Internal teams of the Client.
Facilitated modules, workshops and training across management levels.
Administer effective feedback tools/mechanisms to track and analyze the impact of development activities at individual, team and organizational level.

About the class

I will teach online via Skype or any software tool which the student / trainee is comfortable.
