About Diego
Hello, nice to meet you!
I'm Diego, I've been making music for 20 years and, for 15, I've been sharing what I know.
As a teenager, I discovered my love for music and soon realized that listening to it wasn't enough: I had to play it. That's how, at the age of 15, my parents gave me my first guitar. Several years later, I decided to pursue music professionally: in 2015, I entered the Escuela Superior de Música de Colonia Caroya and, in 2019, I graduated as Técnico Superior Instrumentista, with a Specialty in Guitar.
I'm currently the guitar and ukulele teacher in the community courses at the Casa de la Historia y la Cultura del Bicentenario Martha Canale and the guitar teacher for the "El Zorzal" Youth Orchestra. Over the years, I have been part of bands such as Moby Dick (fusion), Arca Navis (alternative rock) and Cynimus (indie rock), wher I learned a lot from these experiences and, above all, made good friends. Currently I am part of projects such as Planetas Errantes (indie pop) and Grillo Negro (alternative Latin American folklore).
I am convinced that you have to follow your dreams, wherever they take you. And if your dream is to be able to express on your instrument what you have in your head , I hope to be able to help you on your way!
