About Nissha

Hi, I'm Nisha — a Digital Advertising professional with 5.7+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, campaign management, and paid media strategy.

I've worked at Google Operations Center and on the Uber Ads project, where I spent years running and optimizing real campaigns — so everything I teach comes from actual industry experience, not just textbooks.

I'm certified in Google Campaign Manager 360, Google Display & Video 360, and Google Ads Display, and I've worked with global clients across the US, EMEA, and APAC markets.

But here's what matters most to you as a student — I know how overwhelming Google Ads can feel at first. That's exactly why I focus on making things simple, practical, and easy to apply from day one.

Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to level up, I'll meet you where you are and help you build real, job-ready skills — no jargon, no fluff, just clarity and results.

Looking forward to learning together!

About the Class

If you've ever felt confused about where to start with Google Ads — or frustrated watching your budget disappear without results — this class is for you.

I've spent 5+ years running real campaigns for companies like Google and Uber, managing budgets, optimizing performance, and solving the exact problems that trip most advertisers up. What I teach isn't theory — it's what actually works in the industry, simplified so you can apply it from day one.

Every session covers campaign setup, keyword research, ad writing, and optimization — tailored to your pace and goals. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone who's tried Google Ads before, you'll leave each class with clarity and confidence.

My students don't just learn Google Ads — they start thinking like advertisers. And that's what makes the difference between spending money on ads and actually making money from them.

What You'll Learn:

> Campaign setup & structure
> Keyword research & bidding
> Ad copywriting that converts
> Optimization & ROI improvement

Who Is This For?

Freelancers, entrepreneurs, marketers, and students who want practical, job-ready Google Ads skills — not just theory. Sessions are 1 hour, fully customized to your level and goals.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

I teach Google Ads and Facebook Ads — the platforms that power most of the digital advertising you see online every day. My interest started when I joined the Google Operations Center, where I worked directly on Campaign Manager 360 and Display & Video 360. Being inside Google's own ecosystem, troubleshooting campaigns and helping advertisers solve real problems, gave me a deep understanding of how these platforms actually work under the hood — not just the theory, but the mechanics. From there, I moved into campaign management for one of the world's largest advertisers, which cemented my love for the craft. I realized that what makes someone effective at digital advertising isn't just knowing which buttons to click — it's understanding why the platforms are designed the way they are, and how to think strategically about every rupee or dollar you spend.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

I kept meeting people — colleagues, friends, career-switchers — who were intimidated by platforms like Google Ads because they seemed complex and constantly changing. But I knew from experience that once someone understands the core logic, everything else clicks into place. I wanted to be the person who makes that "click" happen. Teaching lets me take nearly six years of hands-on platform experience and turn it into shortcuts for someone else. Instead of spending months figuring out what a Quality Score really means or why their campaign is overspending, my students get clarity in a single session. That feeling of watching someone go from confused to confident is genuinely what drives me.
  • How does your work help society?

Digital advertising skills are a real equalizer. A small business owner in any city can now compete for the same customers as a large corporation — if they know how to run their ads well. When I teach someone to set up a properly structured Google Ads campaign with the right keywords, bidding strategy, and tracking, I'm essentially handing them the ability to grow their business or career independently. I've helped a student running a translation services business restructure their entire Google Ads account to stop wasting budget and start reaching the right audience. That kind of practical impact — helping real businesses find real customers — is how this work contributes beyond the classroom.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

I'd say the digital marketing professionals who share knowledge openly and generously — people who break down complex platform updates into plain language so that practitioners at every level can keep up. If I had to name one, it would be Avinash Kaushik, who spent years at Google and built a reputation for making analytics and digital marketing strategy accessible and even enjoyable. His philosophy that data should drive decisions, not just decorate dashboards, deeply resonates with how I approach teaching ads — always tying platform features back to business outcomes.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

I'm a bit of a builder at heart. Outside of teaching and my advertising work, I've been learning to create automation tools using no-code and low-code platforms — essentially building small software products to solve real problems without needing to be a traditional developer. I find it creatively satisfying in the same way that optimizing a campaign is: you're working within constraints, testing ideas, and iterating until something works. Beyond that, I enjoy exploring how technology intersects with everyday life — whether that's reading about new AI tools or just figuring out a smarter way to organize my own workflow.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

One of my favourite teaching moments was with a student who runs a translation services business. When we first looked at their Google Ads account together, they were bidding on broad, expensive keywords and had no proper conversion tracking — essentially spending money with no way to know what was working. We did a full audit: restructured campaigns, identified competitor keywords they were missing, fixed their conversion setup, and added proper tracking parameters. Within that one mentoring engagement, they went from feeling like Google Ads was a money pit to actually understanding their cost per lead. The moment they said "I finally get why this works" was more rewarding than any campaign metric I've ever hit professionally.
