Janajit Ray sir was my principal when I joined Oakridge international(Hyderabad) in 3rd grade around 2005/2006.

Great mentor , great leader and great guide.
Still remember his great speeches in school assemblies to us.

I know Janajit sir from my time at Oakridge International School where he was my Principal. I have always respected him not just as a leader but as a person who genuinely cares about his students.

I know Janajit for about last fifty years or more.
He is an excellent person with various qualities, in possession of perfect voice for Rabindra Sangit. Having completed his education from an esteemed institution as Visva-Bharati, Janajit is a perfect human being.

Mr Janajit Ray was my valued colleague at the Doon School, Dehradun. Later he served as Principal and Director of leading schools in India. He is a brilliant educator with rich experience and a Post Graduate degree in English Language and literature. He is articulate and very knowledgeable in the subject. Any student would be privileged to have him as a teacher.

He was my principal during my early school years which is like 20 years ago

He is the most humble and patient person I have met, he understands kids small kids especially very well and always greets everyone with a smile. He has a very very positive aura. I met him 10 years before at a restaraunt and with the same enthusiasm he greeted us and we had a short conversation

Even though he was Headmaster (at YPS Mohali) , sir’s passion for teaching was such that he used to take lessons for as many classes as his packed schedule allowed and even substitution lessons for classes he did not regularly teach. His unique style of teaching enabled me to grasp hold of concepts of English in a way that I can easily recall his exact explanations word by word even though it’s been over a decade since I sat in his class. Lucky and in good hands are his students!

I had the privilege of knowing during my time at Oakridge International School, where he served as our Principal. He is one of the most generous and approachable teacher I have encountered. What stayed, is his ability to connect with students across grades and make every event feel meaningful.
