I would approach the subject of 'Leadership' through anecdotal references from military history, highlighting a particular aspect of leadership thrown up in a given set of circumstances. Military history is replete with examples of praise-worthy leadership in the face of severe odds. For example, during World War II in Burma, Field Marshal Bill Slim turned defeat into victory with his outstanding leadership.
