About Paul
I am currently working as senior character artist and animator for Inovecs Games Corp. where I have been for almost seven years. I studied and completed my degree in digital arts in Bogotá, Colombia 15 or so years ago, which gave me a good foundation in all things media, 3D, and the theoretical side of visual culture. I started working as a freelance 3D artist in a couple commercial and design studios, but my goal was always to start an art studio of my own. I spent my free time working on my skills and portfolio that eventually landed me a job as a character artist at a large gaming studio in San Francisco. This job turned into a long-term contract that allowed me to thrive in a diverse and creative environment.

Perfect! Wow, we managed to get through so much in the first lesson of Blender! Paul is very knowledgeable and is very clear in his communication and teaching. He doesn't mess around and gets straight to it. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect! I just had my first "free" lesson with Paul and
and I'm really impressed by how much effort he puts into teaching someone else.
In any case, I will tackle my project together with Paul and hopefully finish it. Paul's knowledge of Maya and the general 3 moddeling scene is really impressive, he solved my problems in a few minutes and immediately knew what to do.
I couldn't have wished for a better teacher.Perfect! Excellent listener and tutor! Paul is helping me learn 3D modeling skills in Blender to advance my ability to design objects that will be 3D printed and cast in bronze, and sculptures that will be milled on a 5-axis cnc. Even though Blender isn't the program he usually works with, he is extremely well versed in the world of 3D and in just one lesson I feel more comfortable and confident in the program. Looking forward to continuing my lessons with Paul!
