A typical class of mine aims to provide a holistic approach to life. We start with a small session of meditation moving towards a power-packed yoga asana practice and ending with pranayama or yoga nidra. I'm an internationally certified yoga trainer and meditation teacher. I also teach face yoga; if you are interested, feel free to ask me to add a few sessions to your current course, happy to do so. As I'm a certified nutritionist, I will be glad to conduct consultations and plan a nutrition and diet plan for you.
