Hi! My name is Sue. I studied Japanese at university and worked in Japanese companies for several years. I am a pre-service LOTE (Languages Other Than English) teacher, specialising in Japanese and Korean.
I understand that learning a foreign language can be both challenging and rewarding. It requires dedication, persistence, and patience (I’ve been there myself!). That’s why I believe lessons should be fun, engaging, and motivating.

My teaching methodology
I believe language learning should be fun, interactive, and connected to real life. I use a communicative approach, focusing on speaking and listening from the very first lesson.
