Hi, I'm Kyoko, your Japanese language instructor! I previously worked in a hotel, and I highly value the polite language and hospitality I learned there in my current lessons. I've studied with many adult students (those who use Japanese for work, those aiming for the JLPT exam, etc.). What I value most is not "practicing to get a perfect score on a textbook," but "Japanese that allows you to speak with important people with a smile when you step outside." Many of our students have passed the JLPT N1 and N2 exams, but our goal is not just to help them pass the exam.
