About Sara

I have taught many students of varying levels over the years, from children to adults, each of them with their own goals and struggles. I love seeing my students grow in confidence as time goes on. My biggest success was teaching Italian from scratch to a couple who wanted to move to Italy and, a couple of years later, seeing them live their best life in my beautiful country! Mission: accomplished.

About the class

I like to offer a free lesson to get to know my students first. Moreover, as we get to know each other, I adapt my teaching method according to your preferences, learning skills and patterns. For example, I tend to use more image-based lessons for my students who have a visual way of learning, or quizzes for the more competitive types who love challenging themselves! I love adding fun elements to my teaching, and providing extra resources you can use in your spare time as well. Every lesson is tailored to you, your goals and your progress, slowing down when necessary or speeding up if you're surpassing our initial assessment. You will learn grammar, vocabulary, writing, listening, reading... and, of course, a lot of cultural knowledge to make things more interesting! Get in touch and let's build your learning plan together.

Sara is such an incredible tutor!! I had a lot to learn in a short time frame, and Sara made sure that we got everything covered whilst also being able to do it in depth and making it engaging! She also went out of her way to find and send me activities to do at home. I really loved my lessons with Sara, her lessons and personality made me enjoy learning Italian even more! Sara is lovely and I'd 100% recommend her to anyone wanting to learn or already learning Italian!!

Sara being a native speaker not only gives the formal way of speaking but can also teach you how real Italians speak. She is also incredibly patient and happy to tailor the lessons to your needs. Capable of mixing formal lessons to understand the basics and informal conversation to show how it would work in real world situations. Highly recommended.
