About Vivek
Anybody can achieve their dream body with sensible and sustainble lifestyle choices.
Despite having a good healthy physique and being an athlete for 5 years, I have struggled with my weight in past when I began working.
My aspiration to do better was non existent. I had become busy with work and struggled to find time to workout. I gained over 10 kgs in weight. I was in denial so I did not check the weighing scale purely out of fear.
I knew that if I carried down this road of no action my health, fitness and mindset would only get worse. That is when I started my fitness journey once again.
Now I want to help kickstart your journey of creating the vision you have always wanted. My style of training is built around building the foudations first along with building confidence.
I have helped multiple clients both male and female gain strength and confidence with weight training by encouraging good habits, practices and overall showing them that lifting heavy can be enjoyable and even addictive. You are stronger than you think.
Let me help you break the cycle of sessions with no direction. Change will not come until you make it so let me help. Leading a healthy life is what I want everyone to aspire to do and training is always more fun when done with a goal to reach.
