About David
I am currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Music at the University of Texas, and I am a full-time Music Specialist at Rosemont Elementary School in Dallas. Before moving to Dallas I was a tenured Associate Professor of Music at Vanderbilt University. My choral works (approximately 100 publications) are performed by schools, colleges and universities, church choirs, community choirs, as well as professional ensembles. I have taught piano, voice, composition, music theory, and conducting since age 18. I continue to receive composition commissions from choirs across the globe.
