My approach is rooted in participatory, human-centered theatre. Drawing from over 20 years of international experience across Africa and Europe—including 10 years facilitating Theatre of the Oppressed—I focus on real-world application, active listening, and interactive forum techniques. Rather than lecturing, I create a supportive, participatory environment where acting becomes a tool for empathy, self-expression, and real change.
Typical Lesson Structure
Warm-up (10 mins): Physical and vocal grounding exercises to build presence and group trust.
Core Technique & Workshop (25 mins): Hands-on exploration of scene work, character development, or forum theatre exercises addressing specific real-life conflict scenarios.
