Hi, I’m Ridhi — a mother and a certified Infant Massage Instructor, deeply passionate about nurturing the sacred bond between parent and child through the power of gentle, intentional touch. When I stepped into motherhood, I was overwhelmed by a whirlwind of emotions — the exhaustion, the self-doubt, the silent pressure to “get it all right.” But in the chaos, I found calm in something beautifully simple: infant massage. With every stroke, I discovered a way to tell my baby, “I see you. I love you. I’m here.” It was grounding. It was healing. And it changed me. That experience lit a spark in me — to support other parents on this journey. I wanted to help them feel more confident, more connected, and more at peace in the tender early days of parenting. Today, I bring that passion not just through massage, but also through evidence-based guidance on infant and toddler nutrition. As a certified Maternal and Child Nutritionist, I empower parents to navigate starting solids the right way — from understanding nutritional needs and managing allergens, to recognizing the difference between choking and gagging, and building lifelong healthy eating habits. Through my workshops and private sessions, I offer more than just information — I hold space. A place where parents can learn, share, and breathe. A place to feel supported, seen, and never alone.
