Personaly, I don't like too much theory focus learning because as wecan see nowdays there plenty of people with high diploma but no Diploma but no jobs and I strongly believe that it is mstly because of lack of experience and prctise.
Therefore mostly I'll strongly insist on that as the famous author Alvin Toffler said : "The illitratre of the future will not be the person who can not read. It will be the person who does not know how to learn"
