I have recently qualified as personal trainer. I have completed a variety of sports/training involving different techniques and training methods to achieve effect results.
These involves Cross Training/metabolic conditions, progressive overload weight/strength training complete with aerobic and anaerobic exercises to achieve results

My teaching method is based on personalised goals which I will discuss individually before setting weekly attainable targets alongside overarching aims of the programs prescribed. I am very much a customer orientated service who will listen to your personal preferences and incorporate these as much as possible
