Alberto taught me back in 2021, and he was a pleasure to work with. I was a little apprehensive at first because he let me know that I was his first student, but despite the lack of experience he was a great, fun teacher and his Italian lessons have seriously helped. I decided to learn so that I could communicate better with my spouse's family, who are from Genoa, and although my Italian is still a bit wobbly at times, they were delighted to find out that I'd become a lot more conversational in their language!

I highly recommend Alberto's Italian lessons; he's a bright, enthusiastic person and being his student was overall a lovely, productive experience.

I'm moving to Italy for work in September, and so far Alberto has been a great help; my Italian was shaky at best when we started, but the 1-on-1 lessons have made me progress much faster than when I was trying to teach myself. I still have a long way to go, but my 'business' Italian is much better - we've focused a lot on work-related vocab and situations, like writing emails, reports, presentations etc. and now I feel a lot more confident that by the end of the summer I'll have a respectable level of Italian.
