About Ambuj
I love teaching and sharing the knowledge I have gathered myself in course of time. I know what works and what doesn't. I know the know how's of the things I'm offering inside out. But I need your trust and diligent work and study ethics. My teaching doesn't always go by the books, I bring a human element, I'll motivate you when you'll feel you're down. I'll give you my own anecdotes and stories which worked for me and I'm sure you'll be inspired by what have to offer.

My method of teaching is based on positive reinforcement. I allow my students to achieve the targets and if they fall short, I encourage them to achieve the same . I also make schedules for my students and give them schedule for repetitive revision. I use a productivity software called notion on which I have coded a perfect repetitive revision regime that you could track your studies in real-time. If you're my fitness student, I'll give you my own diet plan and will give you your own diet plan(veg or non veg). I will give you my own workout regimes curated for different needs like bulking and shredding, or beit weight loss.
