I have been individually teaching and training BSc, MSc and PhD students as well as interacting with high-school and 12th class students over these years. Therefore, I have a strong background in molecular biology with the ability to describe the most complex and novel concepts in easy to understand language. I interact with my students in a friendly manner and ask a few questions in the beginning to understand how much background knowledge the student has. This will inform me:
(1) What I should first focus on to prepare the student to understand the the concept I am about to teach?
(2) What are the most important advances relevant in this field that is important for the student to know?

I have been teaching and individually training students in various research laboratories since 11 years. I have given various National and International talks to diverse group of people including non-technical general public and school students. Therefore, I know how to make my students understand no matter what age group or background they belong to. My students have achieved great successes in their lives for example, atleast 7 students have completed their PhDs and are working in USA, Germany, Norway, Ireland and Dubai. A couple of my students are working here in India in teaching positions, one in Intellectual Property agency.
