I don't have a specific method of teaching rather having capability to handle the students ,the way they wanna learn and understand. My main motive would be the students weaker areas get screwed up and they be more confident in what has been thought.To check there progress will conduct some activity based tests where they understand there performance and try even more better or in best manner to achieve even greater heights.And I am a cool friendly teacher who encourages doubts by students who will to learn more and more.
