About Emily
I am an enthusiastic high school English teacher with 18+ years of experience in education. I graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education, English. I obtained a Master of Science degree in Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel College. I have over 14 years of experience preparing students for AP exams, but have also created and implemented lessons for all levels of high school learners. My philosophy of teaching is to provide an environment where learners can engage in the lesson and where I can adapt to the learning style of each individual. I have a passion for language arts and love sharing this with others.
