Hi! My name is Lulu, and I am a responsible, motivated high school senior with a strong academic background in AP and Honors coursework. My approach as a tutor is patient, structured, and student-centered. I focus on helping students truly understand the material by breaking concepts down into clear, manageable steps and adjusting my explanations to match each student’s learning style.
A typical lesson begins with reviewing what the student is currently working on or struggling with. We then focus on key concepts through guided practice, examples, and questions, followed by applying those skills to homework, practice problems, or writing tasks. As a current high-achieving student, I understand the academic pressures students face today and can share effective study habits, organization tips, and test-taking strategies that have worked for me.
