I am basically a graduation student. As I am foodie and i easily gain weight i have gained almost 10kgs but the one day I decided to lose it Any how, and then i lost almost 10 to 15 kgs in 3 months with proper diet and workout..
Here I am to share my secrets with you about how I lose weight and gonna help you to lose weight.

About the class

It will be an 1 hour class in which first 15 mins will be basic streching, next 15 to 20 mins will be aerobics and another 15 mins will be streching and last few mins will be relaxation yoga.
This class is for all the age group people, any one can join.
I will provide you proper diet which will be suitable for you.
