About Phemelo
Hello everyone, my name is Phemelo and welcome to our classroom. I’m 24 years old and I was born in North West, South Africa. I’m excited to share my experience teaching English online. With more than 4 years of experience, I've developed a student-centered approach that focuses on engagement, interaction, and personalized feedback. I've worked with various online platforms and have adapted to new technologies to ensure seamless instruction. When planning lessons, I consider students' needs, interests, and learning styles. I use a range of materials and resources to promote language learning and cultural awareness. To manage my time effectively, I prioritize tasks, set clear goals, and maintain open communication with students. Building rapport with students online is crucial, and I achieve this by being approachable, responsive, and empathetic. I encourage feedback, address technical issues promptly, and foster a positive learning environment. I'm passionate about teaching English online and committed to ongoing professional development.
