About Simona
I have a Bachelor's degree in Languages for International Relations and I'm currently finishing my Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs.
I've always been passionate about languages. That's why I would like to share this passion with others, helping them improve their Italian proficiency, which is my native language.
The specialized languages in my studies are English and Chinese, both certified respectively with TOEFL and HSK. My passion and curiosity for learning new languages had also led me to live for a year in the United States and to participate in the Erasmus program in Spain.
I already have some teaching experience, both with elementary school children and with adults.

I'll create a study plan based on specific difficulties and requests.
It is very important to do an initial interview where the main shortcomings and goals are outlined: what one wants to improve the most, if there is a certification to prepare for, a debt to recover, etc. In this first meeting, it is also crucial to understand the starting level and the level one would like to achieve.
Based on this, I'll design lessons specifically tailored to meet those needs; for example, if the main issue is grammar, a series of exercises will be done together, following a detailed explanation of each topic and addressing all clarifications and questions as needed. Depending on the level, there will also be a conversational component to improve listening comprehension and speaking skills.
My lessons are mean to be for everyone, from beginners to more advanced learners who mainly need conversation practice to enhance their language skills.
