Hello! I am a 6th ELA middle school teacher. I have been teaching reading and writing for 6 years. I have been rated highly effective at my school for four years. I teach students of all comprehension

Kierstyn is amazing with students. She works really well on building a relationship as she's teaching, which makes students gravitate towards her.

Kierstyn taught my son who has always struggled with dyslexia. He loved going to her class, it was often the highlight of his day. Her genuine, encouraging personality helped him gain confidence in his work and his abilities. She teaches in a way he could reach his potential and he felt comfortable asking for help.
Even though he has moved to the next grade level, he mentions going to her room for help if he can’t figure out homework regardless of the subject area. Kierstyn is a true blessing.
