About Dilek
I have been teaching swimming, athletics, fitness and gymnastics since I started university. Until now, I have been actively teaching many times individually or in groups. With my younger students, we are doing basic branch studies with educational games for their own age groups. I have had many students where I taught adults about health, slimming, tightening and swimming.

If the lessons are to be taught physically due to the pandemic, I intend to do it individually. We can also teach lessons as a group or individually via Zoom. Our lessons are generally 1 hour and will be shaped according to the content of the lesson and the program of the lesson. I teach the lesson in a fun way by adding educational games with children to the lesson. By using the command method with adults, I also provide an effective lesson time by providing instant feedback to your mistakes.

Dilek hocamız ile haftada üç gün olmak üzere ve toplamda üç aydır birlikte çalışıyoruz. Dilek hoca, mesleğini seviyor ve adım adım öğretiyor. Sakin ve neşeli bir öğretmenimiz var. Atletizm konusunda sahip olduğu bilgileri cömertçe paylaşıyor. Öğrencinin fiziksel ve zihinsel ölçülerine göre dersini yapıyor. Öğrencinin korunmasına yönelik dersleri çok değerli. Sakatlık yaşanmaması için özen gösteriyor.
