Because I provide a monthly recorded review of progress, you can listen back to your own development and see how your skills with reading tabs or improvisation and soloing have sharpened over time. Self-taught players often need this kind of external structure to move past their current plateau.
I work with advanced learners who want to refine their technique or rethink their approach to scales. These sessions feel like a collaborative project between two musicians working towards a clearer sound. We keep the pace steady so you can truly digest the theory. The process remains simple. My BMus from RCM London frames how I think about structure.
I focus on scales and modes or the nuance of lead guitar. You will notice I prioritise ear training above most other technical drills.
