About Henna
Hi! I'm a high school student with a genuine passion for learning and helping others succeed. I know firsthand that every student learns differently, so I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building their confidence.
I enjoy tutoring because it's rewarding to see students develop a stronger understanding of a subject, as well as achieve results that they are proud of. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, whether they're looking to improve their grades, prepare for assessments, or simply gain confidence in class.
As a current student, I'm familiar with the expectations that we face in school. Because of this, I strive to create a positive learning experience for my students, maximizing both efficiency and comfort in learning. I'm patient and organized, and I look forward to helping my students reach their goals!

Lessons can be between one and two hours long, depending on the student's needs. I tailor each lesson to the specific assessment or topic being covered, ensuring that students both develop a strong understanding of the material and meet the criteria that markers are looking for. I am also happy to work through all school-provided resources and create my own study notes for students to complement classroom content.
I have previous experience providing unpaid, voluntary tutoring in English and History, helping students build confidence and improve their understanding of key concepts.
I am happy to teach students from any year level up to Year 12. I can teach any subject for Year 1s up to Year 9s. I can teach all three sciences up to Year 10. For Y11 to Y12, I offering tutoring in Chemistry, Biology, English, History, Sociology, and Classics.
