About Sandra
I grew up bilingual and have always enjoyed both learning and teaching languages. I am currently learning French and honing in my Korean so I am very conscious of how much of an effort learning a language entails. I am currently doing my thesis on translation studies between Spanish and English, and teaching navigations between these two languages is very insightful for my research.

Typical length of a lesson is one hour. I work on pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar. However my focus on grammar is directed at those structures that will allow a student to navigate the language more easily, not simply in learning grammar rules. I seek to provide the knowledge and explanation that the student requires in order to become confident and independent.
