About Latonya
Teaching exists because I want to demystify the complex fretboard logic behind my favorite records. 6 years of running a studio has shown me that technique is just a tool for creative expression. Holding a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Music Performance from Berklee College of Music informs my outlook on improvisation, ear training, and music theory.
Helping players conquer barre chords and power chords remains a core focus of my daily work. I emphasize acoustic technique alongside grade exam prep to ensure a balanced foundation.
