About Quentin
I am a passionate Guitar tutor with over 10 years of teaching experience, working with school students, college students, and working professionals. Teaching guitar allows me to guide students towards creativity and self-expression through music.
My teaching philosophy is based on personal attention, consistency, and encouragement. I believe every student can learn guitar with the right guidance. I focus on building confidence and correcting techniques from the beginning.
My lessons cover guitar basics, chords, scales, rhythm control, strumming and fingerstyle techniques, and song performance. I also teach basic music theory in a simple and practical manner.
Over the 10 years, many of my students have performed at school functions, college festivals, and informal gatherings. Some have continued guitar playing as a long-term hobby and creative outlet.
I provide a positive and supportive learning environment. My goal is to help students enjoy guitar learning and develop a lifelong love for music.

My teaching style is based on clarity, patience, and real-world learning. I believe Guitar should be taught in a simple and practical way. I use familiar songs, real practice situations, and small case studies to explain Guitar concepts clearly and effectively.
I take time to understand each student’s level, pace, and learning needs. Communication is friendly and respectful, allowing students to feel comfortable asking questions. Lessons are structured but flexible to support steady progress.
Integrity plays a key role in my teaching. I focus on correct techniques, honest feedback, and disciplined practice. Guitar lessons cover chords, scales, strumming patterns, rhythm control, and musical expression. Along with Guitar, I also teach related subjects such as basic music theory, listening skills, rhythm practice, and simple improvisation. My aim is long-term musical growth.
