The concept has been taught to players from 9 year old onwards and it's wonderful to see how players will come up with their own match day plans and self-organize themselves by creating strategies and ideas on how to play depending on the moment of the game.
My teams come to every matchday with a sheet of paper and all their lineups, tactics, subs, and strategies drawn - all by themselves. Imagine! 10 year olds who know their own team better than anyone else talking about how we should we play when are attacking and what shape we must be in when we are defending. All this while having loads of fun.
