Hi, I'm Smrithi a college student with a strong command over English and a real passion for teaching.
I teach English (grammar, writing, comprehension) to students from class 1 to 12 and spoken English. My style is simple: clear explanations, patient correction, and steady practice until things actually click.

My Teaching Approach:
I believe learning English works best when it's simple, interactive, and stress-free, not just memorizing rules. My goal is to help students actually use English confidently, both in writing and speaking, not just pass exams.
Teaching techniques & methods:
*I break grammar down into easy, real-life examples instead of dry rules
*For spoken English, I focus on conversation practice, correcting pronunciation and confidence gently rather than constantly interrupting
*For writing, I work on structure first like how to organize thoughts clearly before polishing vocabulary and grammar
I use simple exercises, roleplay for speaking practice, and regular small writing tasks to build consistency
Usual class structure:
A quick warm-up (5 min) — revising previous topic or casual conversation practice
Main lesson (20–25 min) — grammar concept, writing skill, or speaking topic for that day
Practice (10–15 min) — student applies what they learned (writing a few lines, speaking practice, or exercises)
Quick recap and light homework/practice task for next session
What makes me different:
I'm close in age to my students, especially useful for spoken English — I understand where they get stuck and keep the environment relaxed and judgment-free
I focus on building genuine confidence, not just correcting mistakes
