About Kalyany
Hi! I’m Kalyany, and I believe having strong writing is one of the most important skills you can have—whether for school, career, creativity, or just everyday communication. As a former Division 1 athlete at UCLA, I learned how to juggle a full course load with 20+ hours of training each week, and I even made the Dean’s List four times. I used to struggle with reading in elementary school, but little did I know I would get my degree in English a decade later! And now I want to help others make writing easier and more enjoyable.

Perfect! Kalyany did a great job at working with our son to help him enjoy and learn during their time together.
- I'm so proud of how much improvement Mateo showed today! I could tell he'd been practicing his digraphs and he was able to read at least twice as many words as last session. I themed this session around Spider-Man since Mateo told me that's his favorite superhero, so hopefully that made our work more fun for him! My favorite part of the lesson was when he said, "Huh, I guess I am good at reading!" It made my heart so happy to hear him realize that. We'll just continue to build his confidence and practice until reading becomes automatic. :)Kalyany's response :
