About Amaan
I've been doing calisthenics for 2 years now and by the time I have learned a lot about nutrition, mind muscle connection and how to increase your strength with just your body weight you can learn skills too. Such as elbow lever, back lever, handstand, handstand pushups and many more in freestyle you can learn olly, dynamic muscle up, 180° swing grab. It's fun and entertaining.

I am going to train calisthenics which will have body weight exercises and it will engage compound body muscles at one time for eg pull-ups it engages shoulder back and biceps as well and adding variation to it will target different muscle groups build natural strength more mind muscle connection and burn calories too. I also train hybrid.
