My approach as a tutor is centered on patience, adaptability, and building confidence. I believe students learn best when they understand why something works, rather than simply memorizing steps. As the student becomes more comfortable, I encourage them to work independently while I provide feedback and coaching. Having worked as a Service Desk Engineer supporting thousands of users and as a Client Service Representative solving customer problems every day, I've learned how to explain technical concepts to people with varying levels of experience. I'm patient, approachable, and committed to helping students develop both problem-solving skills and confidence.
