About Lucas
From my adolescence, I developed a passion for the human body and health. I practiced as a fitness room coach at UCPA and at Gym Studio (Paris XI). It's been 5 years now that I train people to adapt their lifestyle to their physical goals. The results are of course dependent on the objective. In general, motivated customers have all obtained beneficial effects such as: - a remarkable improvement in well-being thanks to a digestive system in better health and a brain less subject to stress. - improved posture (disappearance of back, neck and knee pain) - improved endurance (more resistant metabolism) - general improvement in strength and flexibility. - a reduction in osteo-articular damage.

Lucas est un très bon pédagogue et qui propose une méthode permettant de faire rapidement des progrès.
Si vous êtes débutants ou confirmés, n'hésitez pas à faire appel à luiLucas est un très bon pédagogue qui arrive à motiver ses élèves et un professeur de confiance par son niveau et expériences professionnelles dans la musique ! Je recommande fortement si vous voulez progresser en piano jazz
Je prends des cours de piano jazz avec Lucas depuis cinq mois et j'ai beaucoup progressé depuis ! Je recommande fortement ce professeur de piano tant pour les progrès pianistiques dont j'ai pu bénéficier grâce à lui mais aussi pour sa pédagogie musicale !
