I am a Certified Nutrition graduate (affiliated with the Association of Nutrition, AfN) who’s passionate about all things health and wellbeing, looking to start her own personal nutrition clinic and starting to give public health nutrition advice and personal online nutritional coaching. I specialise in eating disorders with a background in Psychology (BSc) so take a very empathetic and understanding approach, knowing how complex and emotive the topic of food and diet can be.
