I believe every child is different so as a goodteacher, you should interact well with your students and find out who needs extra care, who needs positive affirmations to come out from his shell. As a teacher you don't only attend to their cognitive needs but help build a healthy self esteem for your students, encourage them and give positive reinforcement where necessary, you can group them puttingbboth fast and slow learners and see how they can rub off on each other.
