About Sophia

Hi there!
I am a bilingual grade 12 high school student who enjoys writing and participating in school plays looking to make some extra money for college. I always get straight A's in my English class, especially on the assignments involving speaking out loud and creative writing.

But I have other interests as well, such as; spending time outdoors, taking care of my lizards, crocheting and playing guitar.

If you think we’d be a good match for tutoring, give me a holler!

Hello!
I am a grade 12 student who understands the struggle when it comes to writing creatively and it can be rather difficult to even think of an idea of what to write about in the first place. For the past 6 years, I have been writing short stories where I’ve gained experience in writing.

Speaking out loud in front of groups can be daunting as well, but I feel I have learned how to gain confidence when it comes to group speaking.
I am on my school's improv team, I have performed in multiple school musicals and thrive when it comes to giving oral presentations in class.

It would be my honor to help elementary students or even fellow high school students with their English homework, assist them in oral communication and creative writing assignments through having conversations with them to gain confidence, brainstorming ideas or just helping with homework in general.
