I'm Alexander, a certified personal trainer with a passion for health and movement. Starting my career as a software developer, I quickly realized my true calling was helping people to grow and achieve their potential.
Certified by Overload Worldwide (they also train the Police and Fire Department), I've built a strong foundation in both theory and practice. Since starting out, I’ve successfully helped over 100 clients achieve their fitness goals.
I specialize in strength training, weight loss, and calisthenics. My approach is holistic, focusing on physical training, mental empowerment, and nutrition.
What sets me apart is my personal and compassionate approach. I listen to your goals and create a tailored plan to fit your lifestyle. My mission is to inspire and motivate you, making your fitness journey enjoyable and successful. Above all, I believe in you.

Alexander heeft goede insights, een goed oog voor de houding en beweging. Het is een prettige gast in omgang, zijn trainingen hebben altijd een zeer motiverend effect op mij gehad.
Alexander is een persoon met veel levensenergie die dit ook weet over te brengen. Na een gesprek met Alexander ben ik vaak weer voor een lange tijd geïnspireerd en kan ik er weer tegenaan. Hij is iemand die je niet alleen met sport zal helpen, maar onvermeidelijk ook de andere aspecten in je leven. Ik raad hem van harte aan!
Alexander een super fijne sport begeleider. Hij luistert naar mijn wensen, helpt mij dit helder te krijgen, doelen te formuleren, en begeleidt mij richting dat doel. Hij zorgt er voor dat ik niet te hard van stapel loop maar kleine haalbare goals stel.
Alexander heeft mijn overtollige kilootjes als sneeuw voor de zon laten verdwijnen. Ik heb altijd moeite gehad met sporten en er ook nooit plezier in gehad. Jarenlang tevergeefs bezig geweest om wat aan die studentenkin te doen. Dankzij Alexander zie ik nu het belang van sporten in, en het is nog leuk ook!
