About Lieke
You don't need a gym to get fit! If you're ready to get motivated to get to your full potential in a knowledgeable and enthusiastic way, I would love to work with you. I offer individual workouts for which your body is your equipment and is all you need.
I have international experience teaching workout classes both face-to-face and online, at home or at a gym. After a minor Health, Behavior & Society at Utrecht University, the Netherlands, during my bachelors, I chose to pursue my passion of health, nutrition and sports and started the master Health & Society at Wageningen University. I combine my knowledge and enthusiasm to go and rock it together with you!

Every class has a short warm-up and cool-down, with the real workout being the big chunk in between. This could be pilates, but also high intensity circuit training (the name Sweat Party says it all). If you have less time, you can opt for a HIIT workout, which stands for High Intensity Interval Training. During this training, we will work with maximum effort for 25-40 seconds and then rest for 30-60. We can definitely choose a focus on particular muscle groups as well.
During my sports lessons I motivate you to explore your own limits. I adjust the workouts to your level, but also make sure that you get better by not giving up immediately if it is the same weight. I have worked with young people who are completely healthy, but also with people with rheumatism, chemotherapy and injuries. Beginners and advanced.

Perfect! Lieke is een ontzettend fijne personal trainer en weet wat ze doet. Ze heeft een luisterend oor en houdt goed rekening met je. Wat ik ook enorm fijn vind is dat ze me zodanig goed kan motiveren zodat ik toch door blijf gaan.
- Súméyyé is heel enthousiast en gemotiveerd om alles vol te houden, zichzelf te pushen en fitter te worden! We hebben na de les al 5 nieuwe lessen ingepland en ik ben er zeker van dat er over 1,5 maand heel wat progressie zal zijn.Lieke's response :
