About Alexandra
I am currently studying A levels Biology, Chemistry, Maths and I will be studying further maths as well. I achieve 9s in 5 subjects in GCSE, including the subjects I will be tutoring which are Maths, Biology, Art. I have tutoring experience with family friends, and while I am new to online tutoring, I have a natural ability to explain concepts clearly and keep lessons engaging. My communication skills and sense of humour help create a relaxed learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.

I make use of past paper questions, exam techniques, and active recall strategies to reinforce learning. I also encourage open discussions and problem-solving, ensuring that my students truly understand the subject rather than just memorising facts. Before we go every lesson, I make sure my student really understand the matter and can apply them comprehensively, which is the key of learning. My lessons are typically 1 hour long, most of the time I adjust the length depending how much we have learnt that day, so I would say the duration can be pretty flexible. I tutor GCSE students of all abilities, whether they need help building confidence, improving exam techniques, or pushing for top grades. My lessons are ideal for students in year 8-11 preparing for GCSEs in subjects I specialise in.
