I began singing and performing in a large choir about four years ago and then auditioned for a small acapella group last year of which Louise is musical director. I am now taking lessons with her in order to develop my competence and abilities as a tenor. Already I can feel that my vocal range has improved and my enhanced singing technique is enabling me to develop my own voice with confidence. From the first lesson, Louise made me feel at ease right away. She quickly identified my bad habits and with ongoing work on breath control to improve and sustain my pitch, vocal range and consistency, I'm learning how to project my voice effectively.
