I've practiced ballet until the age of 18 (for 12 years!) then skimmed through other styles when I moved to the capital of love (street jazz, zumba and Afrovibe). I then switched to acrobatics during my university years and sticked to a class called ''barre au sol dynamique'' taught by a very talented dancer and singer Ira Kodiche. It is a very physical session that is quite close to gymnastics with lots of movements on the ground that build up muscle strength and a beautiful flexibility with time. Basically it is the perfect class for all levels since you are the master of your own limits. In my class, I focus a lot on deep muscles before getting to stretch. There will be hence a lot of squats and static movements that will be alternating with the stretching part. The session lasts between 1h and 1h30 and its intensity depends a lot from your level and your final goal. You will definitely not regret trying it as I am always here to support my students and make the best of my class ;)

J'ai rarement vu quelqu'un aussi passionnée et assidue dans son travail que Diana. Elle est souple de ouf et très attentionnée quand elle transmet ses compétences.
