Hello! My name is Philasande, and I am passionate about helping others grow through the power of language. I am an English tutor who truly enjoys teaching because I believe that strong communication skills open doors in school, work, and in everyday life. I've always had a love for the English language, from reading stories and writing essays to helping others understand grammar and express themselves better. My teaching approach is learner-centered, interactive, and tailored to meet each learner's unique needs and goals. I use a variety of methods.1.INTERCATIVE-LEARNING, 2. FEEDBACK AND PROGRESS TRACKING, 3. SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT.
-What sets me apart as an English tutor is my ability to connect with each student on a personal level and create a safe, encouraging space for learning.
-I am able to teach in IsiXhosa and in English.
-In a typical lesson with me students can expect a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where they feel comfortable to ask questions and make mistakes, because that's how learning happens.
