Hi , My name is Nida Mirza and I’m an experienced personal trainer and nutritional coach and a mum of two.
I am a dedicated Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience, specializing in Postural and Corrective Exercise, and possessing a strong background in Weightloss and Nutrition. With 10 years as the top trainer at Virgin active and Racquet Clubs. I am passionate about guiding individuals towards achieving their wellness goals. I firmly believe in the holistic nature of a healthy lifestyle, emphasizing mobility, nutrition, rest, and sleep.
Whether your goal is to increase your balance and flexibility, whittle your core into a six-pack, or lose some serious pounds and start some movement regime please feel free to get in touch.
I train all ages starting from 8 years children to 80 years elderly people.
