I am Anu, an MBA professional, a strong and independent single mother, and someone who has always been a natural healer and guide for people around me. I use a practical and emotional healing based coaching method, where I focus on understanding a person’s real-life situation, mindset, stress patterns, and emotional blocks. My sessions are interactive and supportive, based on deep listening, confidence building, mindset reframing, and step-by-step guidance. A usual session includes understanding the client’s current challenges, identifying the root cause, giving clarity and solutions, and then creating a simple action plan with goals to follow. My special feature as a coach is that I create a comfortable, non-judgmental space where people can openly share their feelings and get genuine guidance, motivation, and emotional support. My coaching is mainly intended for adults, working professionals, women, and especially single mothers who feel emotionally drained, stuck in life, or want to rebuild confidence, self-worth, and direction.
